Documents you need to rent a car

Required documents

• Valid category B driving licence.
• ID card (EU citizens) or passport.
• For licences issued outside the EU in a non-Latin alphabet: an international driving permit as well.

That is all. We do not ask for a credit card, bank statement or deposit — payment is made at pick-up, cash or card.

Minimum age and young drivers

The minimum age is 19. Between 19 and 22 a one-off young driver fee of €30 applies. You can add an additional driver (€5/day) with the same documents, named in the contract.

What happens at pick-up

You sign the contract (you receive it by email beforehand, so you can read it calmly), we check the car together and photograph any existing scratches, note the mileage and fuel level. You get the keys and go — within 10 minutes, at the airport too.

• Fuel: you receive the car at a certain level and return it at the same level.
• Mileage: 300 km/day for 1–3 day rentals, unlimited from 4 days (or the "Unlimited mileage" package, €12/day).
• Deposit: zero. Your liability for damage is the car's fixed CASCO excess.
